The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) team is committed to the goal of promoting fair and equal consideration and to encourage diversity in contracting and procurement. PCAPP desires to encourage and seek small business participation throughout the course of the project. PCAPP will have opportunities in connection with the permitting, design, procurement, construction and closing of the project.
The PCAPP team is dedicated to conforming to the guidelines set out by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and the Small Business Administration (SBA).
It is the policy of PCAPP to pre-qualify interested companies for each opportunity. We look for interested companies from various sources, including:
All project Request for Proposal (RFP) packages will be on an Invitation-To-Bid ONLY basis. In order to be invited to bid, PCAPP will provide prospective companies with a prequalification package. This pre-qualification package is designed to assess financial capacity, related past experience, safety and health history, business practices, insurance, QA/QC Programs, and references. Once the fully completed forms and questionnaires are received, firms will be assessed by the appropriate personnel and, if approved, invited to bid.
